: I have been working with the IT Friends of Thailand
: through NECTEC and we seem to be duplicating what
: you have already done. What we have tried to do is
: create a basic IT vocabulary for 5 and 12 year old
: students. These students are our targeted audience.
: Does such a list already exist? Is it available through
: http://thaiarc.tu.ac.th/it or at some other site?

The IT vocabulary that appears at http://thaiarc.tu.ac.th/it are the list of Thai IT
neologisms that are proposed by the Royal Institute Thai IT Vocabulary Committee, whose
aim to set up "standard" Thai words for terms used in IT. We try to coin the commonly
/frequently used terms first. The Royal Institute is in the process of getting the list
published for distribution. (hard copy). The draft of the list that appears at
http://thaiarc.tu.ac.th/it/itdict.html is an older May 98 version. The version to be
published is July 1998 version, with additional vocab.
Thaiarc provides IT vocab webpage as a service to the Royal Institute.
: Since we are a voluntary organization, to duplicate
: what you have done or to counter your efforts would be
: fruitless.
